Admission Guidelines

1. Eligibility:
   (a) Application for admission to class IX is invited from candidates who have passed class VIII conducted by SEBA, CBSE, or any other equivalent examination.
   (b) Applications for admission to classes II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, and XII are invited from those who have passed classes I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, and XI respectively.

2. Application:
   Students seeking admission to the school shall apply in a prescribed form available in the school office.

3. Testimonials:
   Attested copies of the following documents are to be submitted along with the application form:
   (a) Marksheet of the last passing year.
   (b) Age Proof Certificate (Birth Certificate).
   (c) Transfer Certificate.
   (d) Five recent passport-sized photographs.

4. Reservation:
   Out of the total available seats, some are reserved for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates as per the rules formulated by the management committee.

5. Fees:
   Once admission is taken, the admission fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

6. Selection of Candidates:
   Candidates will be selected for admission strictly on the basis of merit by a committee. All candidates seeking admission shall appear in the interview on the date and time scheduled by the authority.

7. Facilities Available:
   (a) School Library: The school possesses a library with a good stock of books, magazines, newspapers, etc. Students can easily procure books from the school library within the jurisdiction of the library rules.
   (b) School Playground: A spacious school playground provides a safe and vibrant environment for students to engage in sports, outdoor activities, and team-building, fostering physical fitness and camaraderie.
   (c) Laboratory Facility: The school has a scientifically designed laboratory, and students will have access to various up-to-date laboratory equipment.
   (d) Computer Room: A well-equipped computer room offers a dynamic learning space where students explore technology and enhance digital skills to foster creativity and innovation.

8. Feedback Process:
   To enhance the overall performance of the students, the following feedback process will be implemented:
   (a) Unit tests will be held quarterly.
   (b) Complete analysis of home assignments.

9. Identity Card:
   A photo identity card will be issued upon admission. The same must be brought by every student during school hours.

10. Attendance Requirement:
    Students must attend their classes regularly. A minimum attendance of 90% of the classes held is required; otherwise, they will not be allowed to appear in the final examination.

11. Examination:
    It is compulsory for students to appear in all unit tests, terminal tests, and other special departmental exams conducted by the institute. Students failing to appear in the examinations without a proper and authentic reason will have to pay a fine.
